Lifetime Wishes adheres to the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act) and does not knowingly collect or maintain any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without the express authorization of a parent or guardian.  Lifetime Wishes’ Terms of Service Agreement prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from accessing or using the Website.  Lifetime Wishes will not knowingly request personal personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without first obtaining verifiable parental consent.

Consent:  COPPA requires that we inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use and disclose personal information from children under the age of 13; and that we obtain the consent of parents and guardians in order for children under the age of 13 to use our Website.  Parents/guardians of children under the age of 13 may consent to this Privacy Policy by creating an Account on the child’s behalf and acknowledging and consenting to the child’s use of the Website.  Additionally, the payment of a subscription for Lifetime Wishes Services to Lifetime Wishes, including the use of a credit card, will be considered express consent to this Privacy Policy.
